We are not in the business of chasing clients down on the phone. 

We will try to contact you twice and then we will no longer contact you.

Any phone calls or emails not responded too will be disregarded and further communication will be further ignored. We do not meet clients in the middle of the night regarding their circumstances. Please contact us during the daytime or early evenings. 

Due, to the number of calls we receive during the early morning hours that are merely pranks, we will not be responding to any phone calls after 23:00 hours (11pm).

Demanding or insulting emails or phone calls will be  disregarded and possibly passed on to the proper authorities. Remember, we are a legal business in the province.

Initial contact will be a list of details to our case manager via email or by phone call.

We will arrange a preliminary meeting with the client to establish communication and get further details from the client regarding their situation.

We will come into your residence or business and begin a preliminary investigation of the location.

Once again, please be sure that are fully prepared for us to investigate your location. 

We reserve the right to end any investigation we choose if there is no commitment by the client to continue further.
