The Common Sense Investigator
The best tool for the investigator to have is common sense. You must be able to come to logical conclusion regarding the investigation that you are on. Let’s face it, not everything is a haunting or paranormal activity. You must take the most logical reasons. Apply it to experiment. Test the theory(s). If you are left with something that you cannot explain, then that means you have evidence that you cannot explain.

EMF 822-A
This is an electromagnetic field meter. It detects emf radiation in milligaus and tesla. Used by electricians for mainly detection of emf fields created by electrical sources. This is also a great tool for the field investigator in detecting lower emf readings that suddenly spike in areas where there should not be emf. A base reading of the area is always taken prior to an investigation. The theory is that paranormal energy i.e. spirits give off emf in the lower ranges generally above .05 to 7.0 milligaus. They use the energy in the area as well on occasion drain battery life from cameras etc... The emf detector is also used to track down abnormally high levels of emf for electrical panels, fixtures, etc... High levels of emf exposure can cause skin irritations, nausea, hallucinations, etc.

| K2 Meters
this is the K2 meter. It is a detection device used to detect lower emf. Successfully, many paranormal investigators use this meter in conjunction with digital audio recorders. It can used as a communication source as I have used in the past with great and surprising results. |

Infrared Non-Contact Thermometers
The digital non-contact thermometer. It measures temperature changes in the room. The theory is when a spirit is about to manifest it's self it draws energy from sources in the room. This can help explain the theory of 'cold spots' in a seemingly warm room. It is also used to test for cold drafts from windows that give appearance of cold spots.

| Infrared Still Photography, Mini-DV's, HD Camcorders, Photographic Stills
Video and still photos remain the highest on the list of evidence. A well documented and detailed video goes a long way in the case of visual proof. Always what should be enlisted as a proper add-on is the use of extra night-vision capability. While most cameras on the market carry a base night shot this is not very good over long distances. The more clear the image, the better the evidence. For this reason our primary choice of mini-DV, hard drive camcorders, still cameras are Sony.
Also not pictured on this page are our infra red still cameras that I carefully converted by removing the IR lenses. Three cameras perished and the next four I perfected. |

Motion Sensors
The use of motion sensors is widely used as a detection tool. It gives you a warning of movement in an area that you have closed down for a controlled experiment.
|
| Voice Recorders
The digital voice recorder or magnetic tape recorder. Both are perfectly fine to use and the results are very similar. These are used to pick up dis-embodied voices that are not normally in audible hearing range. Also a great documentation tool. I have found Panasonic to be my recorder of choice. There has not been one investigation go by that I have not caught something of value on one of these recorders. |

DVR -Digital Video Recorder
Our central unit. Our DVR system that we use to record video for up to 8 cameras. This is a great piece of equipment for keeping an eye on areas and hotspots that need constant video documentation

| Mobile Command
This is our mobile DVR monitor, keyboard and mouse. This case has an extending handle and is on wheels for easy transport and quick setup of base command.
Never forgetting countless feet of extension cords, power bars, connectors, tri-pods etc... |

Night Vision Cameras
Here are a few of our night vision cameras in an aluminum protected case. Along side of the case is 400' of our 1100' of video BNC connect cable.

| Night Vision Torches
This one of the many 72 infra red LED night vision torches that we have to offer every investigation. |

Night Vision Torches 2
Here is one of our Sony night shot torches.

| Newest Equipment
This is MEL- 8704 EMF detector with backlight and ambient temperature meter built into one unit. This unit can also record your milligaus or tesla fluctuations for later review. |
